House Alpenkaiser is quietly situated, directly at the edge of the forest. An ideal starting point for about 200 km of hiking trails.
A terrace of approximately 35 sqm invites you to sunbathe. The view is over Bolzano towards the Sarntal valley, with the Merano mountains behind.
It is only a 5 minutes walk to the village with all shopping facilities and restaurants. You can take the cable car to Bolzano (every 4 minutes during the day), or the Railway Ritten to Klobenstein.

Additional services:
- You are welcome to bring your four-legged family member with you: We charge Euro 15 per night for your dog.
- For longer stays, we are happy to carry out intermediate cleaning for you on request, the prices are the same as for final cleanin
- For your electric vehicle we have a wallbox directly at the car park (costs: Euro 0.40 per KWh).
Minimum stay 4 days, prices per apartment when occupied by max. 2 people incl. VAT excl. tourist tax of Euro 2,80 per night and person over 14 years of age, and final cleaning of Euro 95.
Our house rules
We ask our tenants to respect our house rules for a pleasant neighbourly life.
- Recycling:
For the sake of the environment, please recycle your waste in the bins provided. - Inventory:
Damage to the apartment and inventory is to be avoided. However, if something is broken or lost, please inform us immediately by e-mail. This way the damage can be repaired before the next guest arrives. - Children in House Alpenkaiser:
Please supervise your children in the flat and on the property. We do not assume any liability. - Nighttime:
In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask that you respect the usual quiet times. - Damages and liability:
Guests are liable for damages as far as they are self-inflicted. This does not include small items such as a broken plate. Lock windows and doors when leaving the flat. We accept no liability in the event of burglary or theft. This also applies to damage to vehicles. - Smoking:
Please do not smoke in the flats or in the stairwell. We are happy to provide ashtrays outside or on the balcony.
